Installation Procedure

Install the transaxle shift control bracket.
CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Install the transaxle shift control bracket.
Tightening torque

Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

Install the shift control cable (2) to the shift control cable bracket (3). Ensure the shift control cable retaining tabs fully engage the shift control cable bracket.
Connect the shift control cable (1) to the transaxle range switch lever (4).
Install the battery tray. refer to BATTERY TRAY REPLACEMENT .
