Knock Sensor Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative (-) cable at battery.
  2. Remove generator, see GENERATOR REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  3. Disconnect knock sensor connector.
  4. Remove knock sensor (1) from cylinder block.
