Procedure using the Vehicle Ops App

  1. Login to the Vehicle Ops App.
  2. Tap Shared Fleet  .

  3. Enter the last 6 digits of the VIN number of the vehicle that is being worked on.

  4. Select the vehicle VIN.
  5. Tap Open Service Mode Plus  to enter Service Mode Plus.

  6. To exit Service Mode Plus, touch Exit Service Mode  on the touchscreen.

  7. Alternatively, tap Exit Service Mode Plus  in the Vehicle Ops App to exit Service Mode Plus.
