EBCV - California

  1. Check for short circuit. Using an ohmmeter, check that there is no continuity between positive (+) terminal and EBCV body. If there is continuity, replace EBCV.
  2. Check for open circuit. Using an ohmmeter, measure resistance between positive (+) terminal and other terminal. Resistance should be 11-13 at 68°F (20°C). If resistance is not as specified, replace EBCV.
