Pick-Up Coil Resistance Test: Notes

Measure pick-up coil resistance between terminals "G" and "G(-)", and between "NE" and "G(-)". See Fig 1. If resistance is not 140-180 ohms, replace distributor. If resistance is within specification, proceed to PICK-UP COIL AIR GAP CHECK.
