NOTE: Federal models of Tercel are not equipped with a self-diagnostic system.

If no faults were found while performing BASIC TESTING , proceed with RETRIEVING TROUBLE CODES . If no trouble codes or only pass codes are present, proceed to TESTS W/O CODES for diagnosis by symptom (i.e. ROUGH IDLE, NO START, etc.).
