Hold-In & Return Test

After pull-in testing, disconnect battery negative lead from terminal "C". See Figure. Plunger should remain extended. If not, replace solenoid. If plunger remains extended, remove ground connection. Plunger should retract. If plunger does not retract, replace solenoid.
