Fuel Pump Resistor
- Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect fuel pump resistor electrical connector. See FUEL PUMP RESISTOR LOCATION table.NOTE: Fuel pump resistor may also be identified using appropriate illustration in THEORY/OPERATION article.
- Using ohmmeter, measure resistance between fuel pump resistor electrical terminals. Replace fuel pump resistor if resistance is not within specification. See FUEL PUMP RESISTOR SPECIFICATIONS table.
