Remote Control Battery Replacement: Notes
When the operating range of the REMOTE CONTROL diminishes, and/or the LED on the REMOTE CONTROL has become weak or dim, battery replacement is required, you may obtain a replacement battery from your Toyota dealer, or purchase one from a drug store, etc. The battery type is a LITHIUM CR2025.
NOTE:
We recommend replacing the batteries in your REMOTE CONTROLS once a year to maintain optimum operating range.
PRECAUTIONS
Always handle the battery using a dry cloth. Do not handle a battery with bare hands; body oils may interfere with the contacts and cause a malfunction.
The expected battery life (with normal usage) is 1 year; the life of the batteries in the supplied REMOTE CONTROLS may be shorter than 1 year.
