Liftgate Control Switch

Disconnect liftgate control switch harness connector. Check continuity between connector terminals No. 1 (Green/Red wire), No. 2 (Green/Yellow wire) and No. 3 (White/Black wire) with switch in neutral position. Continuity should not exist. With switch turned to LOCK position, continuity should exist between terminals No. 1 and 3. With switch turned to UNLOCK position, continuity should exist between terminals No. 2 and 3. If continuity is as specified, switch is okay. If continuity is not as specified, replace switch.
