Buzzer For Keyless Entry System
NOTE:
Buzzer for keyless entry system may also be referred to as wireless door lock control buzzer.
- Disconnect electrical connector at buzzer for keyless entry system. Buzzer for keyless entry system is located at driver's side front corner of engine compartment, just behind headlight assembly and contains a 2-pin electrical connector with Light Green and White/Black wires.
- Using ohmmeter, check resistance between electrical terminal on buzzer for keyless entry system with positive lead of ohmmeter connected to terminal No. 1 and negative lead to terminal No. 2. See Fig 1. Resistance should be approximately 1000 ohms. Replace buzzer for keyless entry system if resistance is not within specification.
