Voltage Inverter Assembly: Replacement

NOTE: COMPONENTS: See COMPONENTS
  1. DISCONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL (See  OVERHAUL  ) 
  2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT (DRIVER SEAT POSITION) (See  OVERHAUL  ) 
  3. REMOVE VOLTAGE INVERTER ASSY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts.
    2. Fold the floor carpet to the inside.
    3. Disconnect the connector.
    4. Remove the voltage inverter assy.

  4. INSTALL VOLTAGE INVERTER ASSY 
    1. Install the voltage inverter assy.

    2. Connect the connector.
    3. Fold the floor carpet to the inside.
    4. Tighten the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 7.0 N.m (71 kgf.cm, 62 in.lbf) 

      NOTE: Tighten the bolts in following order shown in the illustration to install the voltage inverter assy.
  5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT (DRIVER SEAT POSITION) (See  OVERHAUL  )
