Rear Quarter Window Control Switch: Inspection

  1. INSPECT REAR QUARTER WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH LH 
    1. Check the continuity of the switch.

      OK 

      REAR QUARTER WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH LH

      Tester Connection Switch Position Specified Condition
      3 (CLS) - 4 (B) 5 (OPEN) - 6 (E) CLOSE Continuity
      OFF No continuity
      3 (CLS) - 6 (E) 4 (B) - 5 (OPEN) OPEN Continuity
      OFF No continuity
      1 - 2 Illumination circuit Continuity

      If continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.

  2. INSPECT REAR QUARTER WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH RH 
    1. Check the continuity of the switch.

      OK 

      REAR QUARTER WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH RH

      Tester Connection Switch Position Specified Condition
      3 (CLS) - 4 (B) 5 (OPEN) - 6 (E) CLOSE Continuity
      OFF No continuity
      3 (CLS) - 6 (E) 4 (B) - 5 (OPEN) OPEN Continuity
      OFF No continuity
      1 - 2 Illumination circuit Continuity
