Throttle Body: Removal

DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (See REPLACEMENT )
REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (see REMOVAL )
REMOVE INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR PIPE (see REMOVAL )
REMOVE THROTTLE BODY
1. Disconnect the throttle position sensor and control connector.
2. Disconnect the 2 water bypass hoses.

3. Remove the 3 bolts, nut, throttle body and gasket.
