Current is always applied to TERMINAL 1 of the combination meter from the DOME fuse. When the ignition SW is turned to the ON position, current from the GAUGE fuse flows to TERMINAL 21 of the combination meter and to TERMINAL 4 of the front passenger seat belt warning light.
