Throttle Valve Control Module

Idle speed is controlled by Throttle Valve Control Module (TVCM). TVCM is not adjustable. If vehicle exhibits idle speed problems, check for vacuum leaks. If no vacuum leaks are present, check fuel pressure, dashpot adjustment and ERG valve (if equipped). Also, perform testing under any TVCM related DTCs in appropriate SELF-DIAGNOSTIC article.
