Loosen basic throttle setting adjustment screw lock nut. See Fig 1 . Turn screw until throttle is completely closed.
On 240 DL/GL, 740 GL & GLE models, tighten adjustment screw it touches throttle lever and then turn an additional 1/2 turn.
On 740 Turbo, 760 GLE & 760 Turbo models, tighten adjustment screw it touches throttle lever and then turn an additional 1/4 turn.
On all models, tighten locknut making sure not to change adjustment. Recheck basic throttle setting.
