Checking The ABS/DSTC Control Module: Verification: Verification

HINT: After the repair it is necessary to check that the fault has been rectified.

• Ignition off.
• Connect the connectors, install the components etc.
• Ignition on.

  When the ignition is turned on, the control unit turns on the anti-spin warning lamp. The lamp should go out after approximately 2 seconds.

  NOTE:

  The warning light will not go out if a fault has been registered in the control unit.

Does the warning lamp go out after 2 seconds? 

• YES 

  VERIFIED:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO
