Only specially trained technicians may work with the High voltage system.
Disconnect the connector.
Loosen the wiring harness or move it to the side.

Release the catches.
Fold marked part aside.

Remove the nuts.
Remove the marked part.

Torque: High voltage bus bar, to Battery terminal, 9Nm
Special Tool: 951 3098 Insulation protection Special Tool: 981 4135 Gloves Special Tool: 981 5250 Face shield
IF NOTHING ELSE IS STATED, THE USE OF RUBBER GLOVES WILL NOT BE NEEDED IN THE FOLLOWING METHOD STEPS.
Remove the nuts.
Remove the marked detail/details.
Torque: High voltage battery console nut, 12Nm
Remove the nuts.
Remove the marked detail/details.
Torque: High voltage battery console nut, 12Nm
Take extra care when handling the components.
Use suitable paper to absorb any escaping fluid.
Lift the marked component forward.
Disconnect the connector.
Loosen the wiring harness or move it to the side.
Remove the nuts.
Remove the marked detail/details.
Torque: High voltage battery console nut, 12Nm

Take extra care when handling the component.
Use suitable paper to absorb any escaping fluid.
Remove the marked part.
