All Windows Inoperative
- Check circuit breaker for power window system. See CIRCUIT BREAKER
. Replace circuit breaker as necessary. If circuit breaker is okay, go to next step.
- Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove Driver Door Module (DDM). See DOOR MODULE
under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Check for continuity between ground and terminal No. 8 (Black wire) at DDM 12-pin wiring harness connector. See Fig 1
. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, repair open in Black wire ground circuit.
- Reconnect negative battery cable. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage between ground and terminal No. 9 (Tan wire) at DDM 12-pin connector. If battery voltage is not present, repair open in Tan wire. If battery voltage is present, DDM power and ground circuits are okay. See DOOR MODULE
