Abs Modulator Unit: Installation

Install mounting bushings and cup to NEW modulator unit. Install modulator unit to mounting bracket. Remove port seals and connect brakelines. Tighten brakeline connections to 11 ft. lbs. (15 N.m). Bleed complete hydraulic system. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM  . Ensure ABS system function is okay. See ABS WARNING LIGHT FUNCTION TEST  under TROUBLE SHOOTING. Road test vehicle, ensuring that ABS warning light operates properly.
