"G" Sensor

Remove "G" sensor. "G" sensor is located next to parking brake handle. See Fig 1 . Ensure sensor bracket is not bent. Connect battery voltage to terminals "A" and "C". See Fig 2 . Connect voltmeter to terminals "B" and "C". With "G" sensor in horizontal position, voltmeter should indicate 2-3 volts. When arrow on "G" sensor points upward, voltmeter should indicate 3-4 volts. When arrow on "G" sensor points downward, voltmeter should indicate 1-2 volts. If voltage is not as specified, replace "G" sensor.
