Starter Relay Test
NOTE:
Perform solenoid tests before testing starter relay.
Locate and remove starter relay from connector. See Figure or Figure . On the Daytona, Dynasty, Fifth Avenue, Imperial, LeBaron Convertible/Coupe and New Yorker, starter relay is located within power distribution center. Connect 12-volt power source to relay terminal No. 86, and ground terminal No. 85. See Fig 1. Using ohmmeter, check continuity across relay terminals No. 30 and 87. If continuity does not exist, replace relay.
