DECKLID Security Switch: Removal

  1. Open hood, disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable remote terminal from the remote battery post.
  2. Refer to LATCH .
  3. Disconnect connector and remove deck lid lock cylinder from bracket (Fig 1 ), (Fig 2 ), and (Fig 3 ).
