MISCELLANEOUS LOCATION

Component Location
Airbag Spiral Spring/Return Spring With Slip Ring On steering column.
Alarm Horn On left side of plenum, at base of windshield.
Anti-Theft Immobilizer Induction Coil On right side of steering column.
Data Link Connector Under left side of dash.
Driver's Side Airbag Igniter Mounted on steering wheel.
Fresh Air Blower Series Resistance (W/Fuse) Behind right side of dash, on fresh air blower.
Glow Plugs In cylinder head, near respective cylinder.
Heated Outside Mirror (Driver Side) Integral to left side mirror glass.
Heated Outside Mirror (Passenger Side) Integral to right side mirror glass.
Ignition Coil No. 1, 2, 3 & 4 With Power Output Stage (1.8L) (6) On center of valve cover. See Figure.
Ignition Coil (2.0L) On lower left rear of engine.
Ignition Coil (6) (2.8L VR6 2V) (21) On lower left rear of engine. See Figure.
Ignition Coil (6) (2.8L VR6 4V) (28) On lower left rear of engine. See Figure.
Injection Pump Quantity Adjuster (22) Integral to fuel temperature sensor, on injection pump. See Figure.
Passenger's Side Airbag Igniter No. 1 Above glove box.
Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) Heating Element (1.9L) (3) Between cylinder head cover & intake air duct, in PCV hose. See Figure.
Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) Heating Element (2.0L) Between cylinder head cover & intake air duct, in PCV hose.
Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) Heating Element (2.8L VR6 2V) (13) Between cylinder head cover & intake air duct, in PCV hose. See Figure.
Seat Belt Tensioner Ignitor (Left) At base of left "B" pillar, behind trim panel.
Seat Belt Tensioner Ignitor (Right) At base of right "B" pillar, behind trim panel.
Side Air Bag Ignitor (Left) On left side of left front seat back, behind upholstery.
Side Air Bag Ignitor (Right) On right side of right front seat back, behind upholstery.
Signal Horn/Dual Tone Horn Behind left side of front bumper.
